About
Kathie has just celebrated 17 years with Aspen Signature Properties and BHHS Signature for 18 months. Originally from Long Island and the Upper West side of Manhattan, a career move to Los Angeles landed her with an opportunity to develop ocean front residential real estate in Marina del Rey. The “North Ridge” earthquake was devastating, but it did not scare me! Timing is everything and my partner and I realized that no matter what, people love living on the ocean for all the obvious reasons! In 1996, after a successful real estate venture in Southern California, she moved to Aspen and applied a similar strategy. She has since become involved in property investment, development, sales and rentals.
Aside from keeping a keen eye on the real estate market, Kathie is a “7-time Century Rider” for the Susan G. Komen “Ride for the Cure.” She loves to do ceramic art, and from 1999 to 2006 she owned and operated the infamous “paint-your-own pottery” studio in Aspen called “The Kolor Wheel.”
